As your trainer, I can come to you or you can come to my personal in-home studio. If you don’t necessarily want a personal trainer but still need direction as to what would work best for you, I will create a customized fitness plan based on each client’s individual needs, space available, and equipment. Each plan will be sent to you via email and will include weekly accountability check-ins so the plan can be adjusted as needed. My goal is to keep each and every client motivated all while providing feedback and accountability!
